The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is one where you can watch the scenes change from when they are first set up to blooming with vibrant colors. I have ben the festival countless times and each time I love seeing what Disney has come up with for a new display. Disney also has several food booths in Epcot which contain numerous different small plates designed to introduce you to something new. One of my favorites year over year is the honey lavender shake/freeze.
One of the most magical and colorful times of the year at EPCOT is just around the corner—the International Flower & Garden Festival. If you love stunning gardens, delicious seasonal dishes, and immersive entertainment, this festival is the perfect way to celebrate the beauty of spring at Walt Disney World.
Held each spring, the Flower & Garden Festival transforms EPCOT into a vibrant showcase of nature and creativity. One of my favorite memories is running the Disney Springtime Surprise Races during the Flower and Garden Festival and running through Epcot with no one around but 10,000 or so of your closest new friends when on the race course. The last time I ran this race was two years ago and I loved every second of it. These are some of my favorite pictures from that week!
