Day 1  Arrive in San Jose

Welcome to sunny Costa Rica! A driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in La Fortuna, a charming village nestled at the base of Arenal volcano. This will be your base for the next couple of days and a perfect starting point for your curated adventure.

Day 2 La Fortuna (Arenal)

After breakfast, it's time to explore the Arenal region. You'll be surrounded by pineapple orchards, banana groves, and sugar cane fields. Embark on a nature walk through 400-year-old forests, and keep an eye out for monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, and vibrant frogs in their natural habitat.

Day 3 Arenal Area

Today, you’ll experience a jungle adventure with the Arenal Hanging Bridges, crossing 15 suspended bridges and walking beneath the lush canopy. With over 3,000 species of plants, 400 bird species, and 700 butterfly species, Costa Rica’s biodiversity will leave you awe-struck. You’ll likely find yourself capturing incredible photos along the way.

Day 4 Arenal to Monteverde

After breakfast, it’s time to pack up and head to the cloud forests of Monteverde, one of Costa Rica’s most biodiverse regions. This unique jungle safari will immerse you in the habitats of elusive species like pumas, jaguars, ocelots, and more. Get ready for an unforgettable nature experience.

Day 5 Monteverde

One day in Monteverde is never enough! Today, a naturalist will guide you on a walking tour of the Santa Elena Cloud Forest. Keep your eyes peeled for sloths and the quirky keel-billed toucan. After the tour, enjoy a leisurely afternoon exploring the area at your own pace.

Day 6 Sarchi & San Jose 

Explore local Costa Rican culture in the picturesque village of Sarchi, known for its world-renowned custom-designed ox carts. You’ll join a guided city tour of downtown San Jose, visiting the stunning Metropolitan Cathedral and the historic National Theatre.

Day 7 Return Home

After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport for your flight home, filled with memories of your unforgettable Costa Rican adventure.
